We hope you will be super happy with your order but if you have changed your mind about your purchase - You are welcome to return the product to us for a refund within 14 days of receiving your order, please get in touch before returning anything to us. (However - we are unable to accept personalised items or Stands as these items are bespoke and made to order).
Upon receipt of the returned item, and subject to there being no damage, you will receive a full refund, minus original postage and packaging fee (Between £3.99 and £10.00 depending on the value and weight.
SHIPPING INFO
The process of preparing the personal design template of the invitation is 2-3 business days. Approval is required during this process. It will not be sent to print unless you give your consent.
After the approval, it will be printed and delivered to the cargo within 2-5 working days.
