Orders in stock will be dispatched within 2 working days, For bespoke engraving please contact us for delivery times


RETURN POLICY
We hope you will be super happy with your order but if you have changed your mind about your purchase - You are welcome to return the product to us for a refund within 14 days of receiving your order, please get in touch before returning anything to us. (However - we are unable to accept personalised items as these items are bespoke and made to order).
 
Upon receipt of the returned item, and subject to there being no damage, you will receive a full refund, minus original postage and packaging fee (Between £3.99 and £10.00 depending on the value and weight.

SHIPPING TO THE REPUBLIC OF IRELAND AND JERSEY
Sadly, we have paused shipping to Northern Ireland and The Republic of Ireland due to the current change in law and guidelines, this may change in the future but unfortunately we cannot ship there at this moment.
We are very sorry for this.
